Why do you think you should be moderator?:
I have a great time helping people, it makes me feel better about myself. I also wish for everyone else to have a good time and not have it ruined by people who just join servers to annoy people.

I believe I may have.

Questions & Answers
A person is threatening to crash the server, what do you do?:
I would kick the player immediately, I would then find a way to contact him to see if he was being serious was was joking around. I would then wait for the higher ranked admins to make the final decisions.
A person just called you and said someone RDM'd him but he/she has no proof that they did, what do you do?:
I would question the person being accused of the RDM and depending on his answer and/or attitude I would go to the area of the RDM and question the players around that area. If that all fails I would check the console.
A person is prop-climbing into someone's property, what do you do?:
I would freeze the player and pull him into a private area where I could talk to him about what he was doing and how it is against the rules. After having a brief conversation with the player I would then give him a warning and tell him not to do it again.
A person is mass RDA'ing and/or mass RDM'ing, what do you do?:
I would kick the player and if he joins back I would give him a warning and tell him not to do it again it ruins the enjoyment of the others.
Dark RP Knowledge (Answer Briefly)
I have played most of my Garry's mod time on DarkRP and I believe I have a solid understanding of it
What is RDM and give an example of it:
A RDM is a random death match meaning that the player has killed a player with no reason without declaring a raid, mug etc
What is NLR and give an example of it:
NLR is the new life rule if a player has died they have forgotten what has happened. That means the location, the killer and what they where doing they meaning they will not be able to return for 5 minutes
What is MetaGaming and give an example of it:
MetaGaming is knowing something you shouldn't, you cant simply arrest someone for being a drug dealer as they have not been caught doing anything illegal.
What is SelfSupply and give an example of it:
SelfSupplying is buying things for self use, you cannot be a gun dealer and buy only yourself guns.

You also agree that no matter the situation you will sort it out and not just leave in a rage. You will not permaban someone just because they are harassing you. You also agree that asking mods+ to comment on your application or telling players to look at it will put it in risk of a lock and deny.
