Why do you think you should be moderator?:
I think i should be a mod because I love this server. I love the staff and after being on when there was very little staff on and seeing the chaos that was there i thought "how could i help?", and then i saw this thread.
I like to help, and i would love to use this oppourtunity to show everyone that staff arn't always bossy tyrants.
Have you been banned/kicked on Casual Gaming RP before?:
No, I have not.
Questions & Answers
A person is threatening to crash the server, what do you do?:
I would talk it out with the player, and if they were just joking around i would tell the player that DDos and server crashing is a real issue and that threatening it could result in all forms of punishment. If said person was being serious i would probobly kick the person.
A person just called you and said someone RDM'd him but he/she has no proof that they did, what do you do?:
My first instict would to go and investigate myself, ask where the player died and question anyone there. If that showed no results i would check the server logs to see the most recent deaths. If someone did RDM they would be given a verbal warning.
A person is prop-climbing into someones property, what do you do?:
I would tell the person that Prop Climbing is against the server rules, and if they continued to do it, i would probably kick/tempban them, depending on the attitudes at the time.
A person is mass RDA'ing and/or mass RDM'ing, what do you do?:
Well I would first determine if that person was actually RDA/RDM'ing. Then if he/she was i would tempban them for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour depending on the amount of people they had killed.
Dark RP Knowledge (Answer Briefly)
Of the 118 hours (approx) i have played Garrys mod, the majority of it has been on Darkrp.
My knowledge is solid on Darkrp.
What is RDM and give an example of it:
Random Death Match, this is when a player kills another player for no reason,
A death could be called this if raid wasnt adverted.
What is NLR and give an example of it:
New Life Rule. It means that when a player dies, the player DIES. They forget everything,
who killed them, the cause, everything. If that player is seen back in the general area of their death within 5 minutes, that is a breach of NLR.
What is MetaGaming and give an example of it:
MetaGaming is knowing something you shouldnt. Eg. If you arrested (assuming you're a Police) a Drug Dealer, merely for the fact that they were a drug dealer, that would be MetaGaming.
What is SelfSupply and give an example of it:
SelfSupply is when you supply yourself with weapons/drugs. Destroy the shipment (so the item is standalone) and then switch job to use the item.
Agreement
By submitting this application you understand all of the servers rules and what is to be expected of you. You also understand that if you do get accepted and you are caught abusing you will be banned and moderator status will be taken off of you. You also agree that no matter the situation you will sort it out and not just leave in a rage. You will not permaban someone just because they are harrassing you. You also agree to not swear at players and treat them unfarily. You also agree that asking mods+ to comment on your application or telling players to look at it will put it in risk of a lock and deny. You also acknowledge that the agreement can change at random and you will still have to agree with it.
